Xtraordinary Driving School

The Xtraordinary Driving School is a pioneering project created in partnership with Instituto Mano Down to make driver's licensing a reality for people with Down syndrome. In Brazil, although legislation allows people with Down syndrome to obtain a driver's license, the lack of preparation from driving schools made this path difficult.

With a pioneering approach, we developed a specialized course to train instructors and driving schools, and created TV films and social media content to encourage participation.

The impact was huge: 8 new drivers and many students who passed the theoretical exams, gaining independence behind the wheel. More than just training drivers, the project is breaking paradigms and proving that autonomy and inclusion are rights for everyone.
